I really like how simple and not "KAWAIIANIMEDESU" these sketches are. But I'll comment on this one specifically 'cause it caught my attention.
First of all, anyone who never wears pants is awesome. ovo I like how she has a simple, average figure, yet it comes off looking sexy-ish to me. I like how you made the face narrow and more suited for her age. The lack of eyebrows also looks good for me, because her expression looks very vacant and undecided; it leaves me wondering what she's feeling. The hair looks nice without all the individual strands and I love how it goes over her shoulders and on top of her breasts. Which, by the way, look wide and pushed up. ...Maybe that's why I get a sexy feel? xD The only thing I don't like about this is how her arms look like boards. I know it's easy to skip drawing hands by putting them behind her, but the arms should still look curved. That and..her feet look a tiny bit awkward and unstable. Still, it's a good sketch and would look great in color.
